MK46/MK48 Armorer/Operator 2 day Class Cost $450.00

June 18-19 / November 27-28, 2012

This 2-day class covers the DS/GS level disassembly and reassembly of the MK46 and MK48 machine guns and their variants. Topic covered during the class include history of the system, parts description, loading and unloading procedures, tools and gages used for Operator and Armorer level inspection and repair. The technical specifications, functions checks, and requirements of the system will be covered.  The safety and warning precautions for the weapon system will be stressed heavily. Topics are not limited to these and will often move to the class participants questions.  All class participants will leave with a thorough knowledge of the weapons system.  Student leaves the course with an Operator/Armorer’s Completion Certificate rated for two years, and technical and general operator manuals and data to ensure continued reference material for later use. (Classroom only, live fire can be arranged).
